The Content Provider will work with the Design and Production team, which includes the instructional designer and production team. One virtual meeting with a program consultant and the instructional designer will take place. It is expected that the Content Provider is available for virtual meetings with the Design and Production team during the development dates.

- Assessment overview and individual assessments;
- Course content comprising units and activities for online and face-to-face delivery;
- A production plan; and,
- Attend on-site or virtual meetings during development timeframe.
This IT-focused course examines concepts and tools for designing, analyzing, and testing systems and introduces testing methodologies. The course also addresses: ways of determining the best type of testing for a given purpose; how to conduct testing within best practice parameters; and how to interpret and report testing results effectively. The course also explores modelling techniques used by business analysts and the technological and software contexts in which systems design and testing are situated.
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience working in Business Analysis with expertise in system design & testing. An undergraduate degree or a suitable combination of post-secondary education and experience, excellent writing skills, and working knowledge of BABOK, 3rd edition, and the concepts presented within it are required.
