OCM - Communications Lead

Job Description
Overview: Seeking experienced, forward thinking OCM Communications Lead to define, create, and lead the OCM Communications for a major multi-year change initiative in the P&C Insurance Industry.
This role will be responsible for setting the direction for, defining messaging, channels, and developing and delivering program and project level communications.
The individual selected for this role will also work in partnership with the regional OCM specialists to provide support, expertise, alignment, and QA in development of effective Branch communications.
Experience and Differentiating Capabilities:
  • 5+ years of OCM communication’s experience
  • Ability to “read the tea leaves” and adapt a communications plan (messaging, channels, and approach) to changing conditions within environment
  • Ability to partner with OCM specialists to ensure alignment between project, program and branch level communications
  • Experience in Insurance is a +
  • Experience in Guidewire is a ++
  • Ability to gain Senior Leadership’s confidence and ensure they are actively engaged in the communications process
  • Ability to “roll up their sleeves” and produce and deliver program and project level communications
