Organizational Change Management (OCM)- Specialist

Job Description
Overview: Seeking experienced, forward thinking OCM specialist to lead the regional end-to-end OCM processes for a major multi-year change initiative in the P&C Insurance Industry.
This role will be responsible for leading the regional OCM process from end-to-end. This will involve conducting change impact assessments, overseeing the development of training materials, supporting launch and engagement activities, and ensuring that reinforcement mechanisms are in place to drive behaviors to achieve sustainable performance.
The individual selected will partner with the program level OCM Lead, HR, Training, Branch leadership, and program-level communications to deliver OCM to a defined set of stakeholders.
Experience and Differentiating Capabilities:
  • 5+ years of OCM experience in leading end-to-end change processes
  • Ability to “read the tea leaves” and adapt an OCM plan to changing conditions
  • Ability to actively and effectively partner with all stakeholders (IT, product owners, process designers, HR, Branch Leadership)
  • Experience in Insurance is a +
  • Experience in Guidewire is a ++
  • Quickly gain leadership’s confidence
  • Experience in developing Leadership’s capacity to manage resistance
  • Ability to anticipate next steps and work with Branch Leadership to implement the necessary actions to be successful
