Job Description
.NET Developer
As a .Net Programmer, you’ll get a chance to plan, design, develop and integrate applications and development technology for Resolute and our clients. This role involves creating and rolling out custom software solutions, coaching and advising internal and client development teams, architecture planning and assessing applications, and more. You will report directly to the Manager of Systems Integration and Application Development.

What you will be responsible for:
  • Architect, design and develop custom software solutions
  • Participate as a developer (design, code, and test software) on software development and systems integrations engagements
  • Define Application Architecture for custom solutions
  • Define Technical Architecture for custom solutions
  • Participate and in some cases, lead project planning, estimation and execution
  • Create proposals, statements of work, and budgets for development integration projects
  • Participate as a development team member/lead on software development and systems integrations engagements
  • Provide technical oversight to development activities
  • Establish standards, processes and deliverables for application architecture and application development
  • Perform application architecture planning and assessments
  • Analyze and document functional and non-functional solution requirements
  • Work with clients, external business partners and technology partners to ensure a smooth integration between systems and processes
  • Participate in DevOps processes such as automation and monitoring at all steps of software construction - From integration, testing, release, deployment, systems administration and hosting support.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to internal and external clients
  • Keep apprised of Application Development and IT industry trends and best practices
  • Support other RTS team members with knowledge sharing, brainstorming, coaching, collaboration, etc. as requested or required
  • Actively contribute to the Traction methodology through quarterly planning and quarterly Rock deliverables
  • Identify additional client opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate Manager or Account Manager for further action
  • Communicate additional RTS capabilities to clients where appropriate
  • Demonstrate the principles of exceptional customer service with a focus on critical thinking and effective communication that supports anticipating customer needs
What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 6 years experience developing new application solutions, maintaining existing applications and providing on going production support
  • Hands on knowledge of data processing, n-tier technology platforms, and software applications in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of systems networking, information security, relational databases and web service design standards
  • Experience in the development and implementation standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
  • Able to provide detailed estimates for timelines on the software development cycle
  • Strong analyst skills are a must, with a focus on gathering requirements and recommending solutions
  • Ability to define development requirements and assist in the integration of third party tools and applications
  • Demonstrated Quality Assurance experience such as design and code review
  • Can produce exceptionally clean code as well as clear and detailed documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Excellent communication –oral, written and presentation skills are required
  • MUST have experience with the following technology –
    • Visual Studio 2008 and later
    • .Net Framework 3.5 and later
    • MVC 2.0 and later
    • MS SQL Server 2014
    • SQL Server Reporting Services 2016
